Work continues on interior walls in the main ballrooms and exterior walls on the West side of the venue.

The rooms on the west side of the building are framed up including the green room, groomsmen suite, office, storage room,  and kitchen.

The Main Ballroom framing and insulation is added

"Red Iron" is completed so that the interior walls can be framed out

Vertical construction begins above the slab.

The full slab has been poured and structural iron will begin to be delivered to the site.

The front half of the building slab is poured while in-ground continues at the rear of the building.

Vapor barriers and steel mesh are laid to prepare the site for the first of two concrete pours for the slab. 

Grade beams connecting the footings are dug and poured. Additional sub-grade electrical work continues in the main ballroom

Additional structural reinforcements and electrical work will be complete before the full slab is poured

These footings will be filled with concrete and support the weight of the building's structure

Footings and other elements will be added to support the building's structure

Plumbing and electrical work will be done before the slab is poured

The retention pond has been partially dug out and the earth underneath the slab has been compacted for a solid foundation.

The land at 16405 Jefferson Hwy has been cleared and foundation work will begin soon. Stay tuned for more updates!
